Our Products

We love crystals and we also love the environment!  That is why all of our products are ethically sourced through our trusted suppliers that practice ethical mining.  Crystals are hand selected by the Crescent Crystal Co. team for their high quality and beautiful energy.   

All crystals and stones are cleansed with sage before they are packaged and shipped to you.  They will be shipped with protective padding to ensure they are safe and secure on the way to you.  

Shipping Information

  • All orders placed will be mailed out within 24-48 hours.  Shipping days are Monday-Friday.  Weekend orders will be mailed out the following Monday.  
  • All packages are shipped via Priority Mail Service with USPS (United States Postal Service). 
  • Priority Mail Service has flat rate pricing of $8.50 regardless of weight and includes tracking information and delivery in 1-3 business days. 
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to return tracking information.

Returns + Exchanges

It is our sincere hope that you love your purchase!  However, in the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s), you may return your purchase within seven (7) days from the confirmed delivery date, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Item(s) are in their original condition.
  • Return items are postmarked within 7 days of confirmed delivery date. 
  • Original item(s) and accessories are included. 
  • Item returned is not a custom order or Sale item. 
  • Custom orders and Sale items are final orders.  All other orders after 7 days are final.
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.  
  • Crescent Crystal Co. strongly recommends that you add delivery confirmation and insurance when returning your items as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during shipment of returns.  
  • Crescent Crystal Co. reserves the right to deny a refund of the item(s) returned if the requirements of our Return Policy are not met.

Non-returnable Items

  • Sale items (unless damaged or defective upon receiving). 
  • Custom orders.
  • Items that have passed the seven (7) day return policy.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will be given once the returned item is received and inspected by Crescent Crystal Co. Refunds will be given to the original form of payment.  You will be notified by email once your return as been received and processed.  Please note it can take up to 5-10 business days for your refund to process as this depends on your credit card or banking institution.  Crescent Crystal Co. does not store or keep customer credit card or banking information on file. 

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned/refunded.  Only regular priced items qualify for returns.  Sale items are considered products in the "Sale" category.  Full priced items purchased by a coupon code or site-wide sale are not considered "Sale" items. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

Crescent Crystal Co. only replaces items if they are damaged or defective during shipment, or during the seven (7) day Return Policy.  Exchanges can only be made for the same item (some exceptions may apply).  Please contact Crescent Crystal Co. via our Contact Page regarding your exchange.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, CashApp, and Venmo.

Coupon Codes

From time to time we offer our customers coupon codes for a percentage off of your order.  Coupon codes can be entered during the checkout process.  Only one (1) coupon code can be used per order.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer gift wrapping, but we are always happy to add a personalized note to a gift order.  Just leave your personalized message in the box marked "note to seller" during checkout and we will include a gift card with the order.  We do not include a gift receipt with orders.

We do welcome custom orders.  If you do not see an item on our website, please contact us with your inquiry and we will get back with you.
